Meet Claire Harrison: Sales Executive

Claire is one of our talented Sales Executives and has worked at Bagnalls for over eight years.

What first attracted you to Bagnalls?

Claire: I loved the idea of working for a family business and the chance to use my skills in a new industry.

What did you do before you worked for Bagnalls?

Claire: I worked for British Gas for 10 years, selling energy contracts to businesses across the country.

What is your favourite part of your job?

Claire: The people. From the top of the board to the brand-new recruits, everyone is friendly and always there to help. You are known as a person at Bagnalls, never as a number.

What is your biggest achievement at Bagnalls?

Claire: Helping others to gain confidence when speaking on the phone with customers. I have also enjoyed visiting customers to better understand what we do for them and to ensure that they are satisfied with the painting and decorating services that we provide.

Do you have any advice for those considering a career in the painting and decorating industry?

Claire: It’s not just about painting! There are so many roles within Bagnalls available to suit your talents. There is so much support from the management to help you achieve your goals, as long as you are willing to work hard.
