Bagnalls Supports Goldhill Adventure Playground via Community Paintbrush Scheme

Bagnalls is proud to support Goldhill Adventure Playground in Leicester via our Community Paintbrush scheme. Goldhill is a community hub with a children’s playground at its heart. For the past 45 years, the Goldhill team has been working with families within the community, providing a welcoming place for people to visit and socialise with one another, seven days a week.

The Bagnalls team was asked to help repaint the main centre. We completed the job using paints that were donated by our supply chain partner, Dulux Trade. The paint specification means the walls will be easy to wipe clean if they become scuffed or covered in sticky marks.

The whole project was completed within four days by a team of four decorators, including one of our talented apprentices.

Dee, Goldhill’s Centre Manager, said: “Goldhill is so pleased with the end results following the hard work of the Bagnalls team. The newly painted areas will be used as classrooms with desk dividers, creating a study setting for young people with special educational needs (SEN), extra behavioural needs and those with specialist mental health requirements.

“We want to say a huge thank you to the Bagnalls team for organising this project for us!”

We’re so pleased that the Goldhill team are happy with our work – we love being able to give back to our community and create specialist spaces such as this one.
