Bagnalls Receives Score of ‘Excellent’ in Considerate Constructors Audit

24 May 2024

Bagnalls’ Restoration division recently underwent a Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) audit. Based in Erith, this office is registered under the CCS, monitoring our continued performance in line with an in-depth Code of Considerate Practice. This is to ensure that our team consistently follows best practice and provides a quality service.

Our Erith office has been CCS-registered for 12 successive years and we are extremely proud to have achieved a score of ‘excellent’ across the board for our work.

Companies are evaluated on three main variables, resulting in an overall score. These variables are: respect for the community, care for the environment and how much a company values their workforce. A company must achieve a score of at least nine for these variables, allowing for an overall score of 27 in order to pass the audit.

Bagnalls is thrilled to announce that we have achieved a score of 14 out of 15 possible marks for both our respect for the community and care for the environment. We also received an incredible 15 out of 15 for how much we value our workforce. This gives us a total report score of 43 out of 45, which is categorised as ‘excellent’.

The whole of the Bagnalls team is so pleased to have our work recognised and to be rewarded with a score of ‘excellent’ for all the effort that we put in every day. We aim to maintain this score in the coming years.
